The Challenge

A comprehensive assessment and slide-deck presentation of the Citadel Theatre was developed that demonstrates effectiveness and creativity in wayfinding and the transfer of information, place-making, culture, and identity to communities and visitors.

Project Summary

In a team of 2, we used our analysis of the Citadel Theatre to inform a new solution for placemaking that could be installed in the building to better orient and direct visitors.

My teammate and I used Adobe Illustrator to ideate the general shape of a lit sign in the shape of a delineator that would stand out throughout the building. My teammate then developed the brass signs, and I developed the lighted screens.
